My friends, it's nearly Christmas.
A wonderful time of year,
To celebrate with those you love
And spread some festive cheer.
The fairy lights on decked-out trees
Are twinkling and bright,
And all because a certain child
Was sent to us this night.
To bring glad tidings to us all,
Of love and peace hereafter.
A message meant for all mankind.
A time of joy and laughter.
These lines I've written from my heart.
May your lives be full of cheer!
May you all be blessed with God's good grace,
Now and throughout the year.
May you get all that you wish for
And the year ahead bring more
And may prosperity and happiness
Be ever knocking at your door.
